Journalistic Skills – Article about Reverse Culture Shock On our first year at ICM, we had to write an article about a topic of our own choice. I chose to write it about traveling, since I had just lived in Australia, Finland and the Netherlands within a short period of time. Reverse culture shock was something I wanted to explain to other people, and since Amsterdam is a multi-cultural city, I targeted the article to be published in an expat magazine or the newspaper Metro, for an urban audience that travels a lot and often.

The Best Festivals for Travellers This was a 4th year project for the Media Specialization course. The objective of the project was to visualize a theory into a print, video, or web media. I chose Wikipedia page "Festival" from many different given alternatives, conceptualized it into an online magazine, and added an environmentally friendly and sustainable element to it. I wanted to explain the theory to young travelers.

Shell & Digital Storytelling On the 4th year, digital storytelling courses were related to using multiple platforms to communicate coherent corporate stories. In this group assignment, we had to create a multi platform corporate story that would enhance the corporation's reputation and simultaneously improve the internal and external communication through storytelling techniques.

Media Trends – Serious Gaming 2020 This group project is a comprehensive analysis on the future of serious gaming. Our project contains plausible scenarios that we predicted for 5 years later from the making of our assignment. This course among other 4th year classes taught me how fast the digital media evolves. Furthermore, VR is a big thing in our future, so as a media professional, getting into it is nearly a must.
